The Checklist Flight Attendant (CFA) and its automated report are designed to assist in regard to selection and coaching of cabin crew candidates.
The aim of the report is to minimise the risk of dropout, underperformance, and inadequate functioning as a cabin crew member.
The report focuses on specific qualities needed for the job, like empathy and self confidence, as well as general traits like assertiveness and autonomy; an automatic advice is generated (‘positive’, ‘negative’, serious concerns’ or ‘some points of improvement’).
The results are judged in compliance to specific norm groups by means of a clearly arranged overview.
